Beginning The Journey
When you make the phone call you take the first step towards a happier and healthier life.
When you’re ready to make the call our staff is here for you. At any time day or night, our Admissions Coordinator is available at (800) 762-6717 – 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. When you call we will gladly provide you with the information you need and answer any questions, while gaining a deeper understanding of your individual needs and how we will be able to best help. While on the phone, we’ll perform a brief assessment to get you started in the right direction and help you find the right fit for your needs. We hope The Center is compatible for you or your loved one so that we can take steps towards change.
Making The Arrangements
After establishing The Center’s Outpatient Program is the right fit for your needs, we take the crucial second step to establish your financial needs. We proudly accept most PPO insurance and are committed to working with individuals who are serious about their sobriety. To simplify the process, we have a convenient insurance verification form or our Admissions Coordinator can obtain your information during the phone call so that we may contact your insurance on your behalf.
When You Arrive
After securing the financials for your treatment, the next step is our front door. Our friendly staff will be able to assist you with any travel arrangements to The Center. We are conveniently located near LAX – ideal for international travel – as well as John Wayne Airport. We are happy to assist with transportation to or from your flight, as well as lodging accommodations for you or the loved ones who may be travelling with you. The beautiful sunny weather of California doesn’t require any special clothing, although a bathing suit, sandals, and sunscreen are recommended.
During your stay, we want you to be as comfortable as possible as you reach your goals in treatment. Please inform us of any special arrangements you may desire. This includes such arrangements as flower delivery to family or loved ones for special holidays or video-chat communications.
It is important that your transition into treatment be as easy and straightforward from the very first moment that you arrive at The Center. We are here for you regardless of what time you arrive – day or night. After admission, clients in need of medical detox will soon be seen by a doctor, at which point a physical assessment will be administered in order to administer the appropriate detox protocol.
The journey to recovery begins with a phone call. This small step will lead you to a path filled with the guidance and support you need to make a major change in your life. The Center’s Outpatient Program is here to provide you or your loved one with the treatment needed to overcome alcohol and substance abuse.
Our client’s primary therapists are always invited to fully participate with our treatment team in all aspects of planning and treatment.
